Thank you for your interest in becoming a Vendor at the SCBA 2025 Summer Conference in Columbia, South Carolina.
Our Vendor Fair will be located in the conference pre-function area as well as a dedicated ballroom directly adjacent to the main conference rooms. Booths are approximately 8 ‘ x 10′ and will contain 1 – 6’ table with chair. Vendors are permitted to bring display shelving or additional table(s) as long as the items fit within the designated assigned space. Those selecting a booth will have the option to add a second booth at a discounted rate. A limited number of half booth spaces will be offered to accommodate vendors not requiring a large display area.
Booth: A half booth selection includes 1 conference badge. A full booth selection (single or double) includes 2 conference badges. Vendors are invited to participate in our Friday afternoon 50th Anniversary Celebration. Booth location assignments will be prioritized based on date of registration and sponsorship level (if applicable). Dedicated Vendor demonstration times have been built into the schedule to encourage shopping. Sign up to fill one of the demonstration slots and consider offering a discount or special to coordinate with your demonstration. We will advertise these specials to encourage pre-conference sales.
Lodging: SCBA has negotiated discounted hotel rates at several local hotels. You may find the information and links to make reservations on the main conference page HERE.
Meals: Coffee service will be provided each morning. Restaurants are located within a short distance of the conference center and hotels. Box Lunches may be purchased as an add-on to your registration.
