Thank you for your interest in becoming a Vendor at the SCBA 2024 Spring Conference in Columbia, South Carolina.
Our Vendor Fair will be located in a dedicated ballroom directly across the hall from the main lecture hall. Booths are approximately 10′ x 10′ and will contain 1 – 6′ table with chair. Vendors are permitted to bring display shelving or additional table(s) as long as the items fit within the designated assigned space. Table coverings are not provided. Those selecting a booth will have the option to add a second booth at a discounted rate.
Booth: A booth selection includes 2 conference badges with admittance to the Friday night Beek Bash Social. Booth location assignments will be prioritized based on sponsorship level and date of registration. Dedicated Vendor demonstration times have been built into the schedule to encourage shopping. Sign up to fill one of the demonstration slots and consider offering a discount or special to coordinate with your demonstration. Our Friday Evening Beek Bash Social will feature activities to encourage folks to visit your booth. Consider offering a special “Bash Bonus” Special to encourage shopping.
Lodging: SCBA has negotiated discounted hotel rates at two local hotels. You may find the information and links to make reservations on the main conference page HERE.
Meals: Light hors d’oeuvres will be served at the Beek Bash Social Friday Evening. A continental breakfast and coffee service will be provided Saturday morning. Saturday lunch may be purchased as an “add-on” to your registration. See the conference main page for full lunch details. Restaurants are located within a short distance of the conference center and hotels.
