Refund Policy:

Requests may be submitted through the "Contact Us" form on the main conference web page. Refunds requested by January 31st will incur a $25 fee to be subtracted from the refund. Registrations cancelled from February 1st are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Attendance Policy:

Please note your registration covers your ticket only. If you intend to bring a companion or someone under your care they must register separately and carry their own ticket.
