Volunteer Opportunities

Would you like to be part of making EAS 2019 a fabulous conference?

If so, we have many different areas where you can volunteer.  Volunteering has it perks, including a reduction in conference registration depending on how many hours you volunteer.

The following are guidelines to help you decide how many hours you wish to volunteer:

  •  If volunteering for 4 to 7 hours, you can attend the conference for the remainder of the day for free.
  •  If you volunteer for 8 to hours, you can attend a second day of the conference for free and get a volunteer t-shirt,
or you can split the 8 hours of volunteering and 8 hours of attending talks between two days.
  •  If you volunteer for 16 hours (2 days), you receive a volunteer T-shirt and the other days of the conference for free.

Spread the Word

Please help us spread the word by sharing this email with your state or local association newsletter editor, your friends, and others who might assist in getting the word out that EAS is coming to the South! Attached below are graphics, as seen above, for placement in newsletters and other forms of communication which they may use for newsletters and other communications.
