Before you apply
A simple foundation
for a strong partnership.
To be considered for affiliation, your club should have the following in place.
- A Board of Directors or club officers
- By-Laws or a Constitution
- A minimum of 10 members
Club officers and directors are encouraged to be SCBA members.

Review the requirements
Confirm your club has officers or a board, governing documents, and at least 10 members.
Complete the application
Have meeting details, membership count, and liaison contacts ready, then use the Google Form to submit your local association’s affiliation application.
Renew each year
Submit your club’s annual application by January 31 to continue the affiliation process.
