Thank you for your interest in becoming a Vendor  at the SCBA Spring 2026 Conference at the Southeastern Institute of Manufacturing Technology (SIMT) in Florence, South Carolina. Please review the information below prior to completing the registration form.

This registration form is to be used by those desiring to be a vendor only or vendor and sponsor. Those desiring to sponsor only should use the Sponsor Only registration link.

Vendor Fair and Booth Information: Our Vendor Fair will be located in the SIMT lobby. A half booth selection includes 1 conference badge. A full booth selection (single or double) includes 2 conference badges. Vendors are invited to participate in our Friday evening social.   Booth location assignments will be prioritized based on date of registration and sponsorship level (if applicable).  Dedicated Vendor demonstration times have been built into the schedule to encourage shopping.  Sign up to fill one of the demonstration slots and consider offering a discount or special to coordinate with your demonstration. We will advertise these specials to encourage pre-conference sales.

Vendor Payment: We appreciate you paying with credit card but if you need to pay by check, please mail it to SCBA Treasurer, PO box 60177, North Charleston, SC 29419. We fully confirm booth positions following receipt of funds. When you check out under the sending check option you will still be presented with the PayPal screen. Your submission will still have been received so you can close the browser window at that stage.

Bag Stuffers / Door Prizes:

Please ship bag stuffers in advance, no later than Tuesday, February 24th 2026, to SCBA, CO. 1795 W Highway 378 Hannah, Pamplico, SC 29583. If you wish to send door prizes in advance they can also be shipped to the same address.

Friday Evening Social:

We will be hosting a complimentary social with light buffet on Friday evening. This event is complimentary but please let us know if you will be attending on your registration form so we can cater accordingly.

Lodging: SCBA has negotiated discounted hotel rates at several local hotels:

SIMT Florence-Darlington Technical College Directions and Parking: SIMT is located at 1951 Pisgah Rd, Florence, SC 29501.

You will enter the conference venue using the entrance from Pisgah Road.  Coming from I-95, turn RIGHT onto Pisgah Road at the light BEFORE the state farmer’s market.  Turn LEFT into the brick entrance to the SIMT, then take the immediate LEFT turn and follow the road to the front of the center. Vendor set-up begins begins Friday at 7:00am. You should be finished setting up by 10:00am.

Meals: Coffee service will be provided each morning. Restaurants are located within a short distance of the conference center and hotels. Box Lunches may be purchased as an add-on to your registration. All selections must be made by Thursday, February 5th.
