Vendor Requirements
Arrival/Booth Setup:
Vendors are permitted to setup on Thursday, July 21 beginning at 7:00 AM. Upon arrival for setup, please enter the Lower Parking Lot Entrance accessed from Lincoln Street to check in and receive your booth assignment.
The Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center (CMCC) requests that vehicles be parked in a parking spot in the lower level lot and may not temporarily park in front of doors for load-in/load-out. Items may be brought into the lower level vendor area through the lower level doors. SCBA will have a team of volunteers ready to assist you.
CMCC has a limited number of carts available to vendors on a first-come, first-served basis.
We kindly ask that setup be completed by 10AM.

- Select General Plan – Free and “continue” OR you have the option to upgrade to a faster plan
- You will then be connected!
Parking:
The CMCC parking lot located directly behind the center accessed on Lincoln Street provides 260 spaces at no charge on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking on-site is not guaranteed to accommodate all guests. For additional parking, use the Park Street Garage located directly across the street from the CMCC. Those with large trucks/trailers are permitted to leave their vehicles parked in the CMCC lot for the duration of our conference. Hotels/Restaurants are within easy walking distance. We recommend that you unload, park, and leave your vehicle for the duration of the conference. In order to accommodate as many of our attendees as possible, we kindly request that you park using the minimum space required for your vehicle.
Shipments:
The CMCC will make reasonable efforts to accept delivery of property addressed to the Customer one (1) business day prior to event for a handling charge of five ($5) dollars per box. Any shipments received prior to one (1) business day prior to an event will be charged the then prevailing handling charge per box for earlier deliveries, and the Customer will indemnify and hold harmless the City and the Authority for any loss or damage to such property in the receipt, handling, care or custody of such property at any time. The Customer further indemnifies the City and the Authority from any claims or costs related to claims from any third party for loss or damage to property located on or about the Center during the conference. If shipments are required, please contact SCBA for an alternate address that will not require a surcharge.
Items Not Permitted by CMCC:
Gas-filled balloons, adhesive stickers, open flame candles, fireworks, glitter, sparkers, confetti, chalk
Signage may not be affixed to CMCC walls or other surfaces.
The CMCC is a “No Smoking” Facility.
No Outside Food or Beverages:
No outside food or beverages are allowed in the Center by the Customer, its attendees or exhibitors. If outside food and beverages are brought into the Center by the Customer, its attendees or exhibitors, the Customer will be surcharged at the rate of One Hundred and fifty percent (150%) of current menu prices for all such outside food and beverages. This fee will be required of the offender.
Please do not have food orders delivered to the CMCC.
Continental breakfast will be served each morning as a part of the conference.
The CMCC Cafe may be open limited hours and is located on the upper level.
A list of nearby restaurants will be provided for your convenience.
Personal water bottles are permitted.
Departure/Booth Clean up:
Vendors may begin packing up following the final Saturday afternoon break. Kindly keep noise to a minimum. Please leave your space as you found it. Remove all trash and packaging. SCBA will provide a team of volunteers to assist you. Please complete clean up by 6pm.
