Choose one vendor or sponsor package for your organization below. Sponsor packages with tables already include exhibit space, so there is no need to purchase a separate vendor package. After selecting your package, enter your organization and attendee details and choose any optional paid sponsorship add-ons. Everything is included in one checkout total.

Vendor packages include two chairs and a vendor listing. Sponsor packages include recognition appropriate to the selected tier. Diamond / Presenting is limited to two sponsors; a third table is available only if space permits.
Compare sponsor benefits
Bronze: Supporting sponsor recognition, name or small logo on the sponsor webpage, program and signage, plus a shared social-media thank-you.
Silver: Conference sponsor recognition, logo on the website, program and signage, plus sponsor recognition posts.
Gold: Featured sponsor recognition, larger logo and enhanced placement, an individual pre-conference spotlight, plus verbal recognition and conference slides.
Platinum: Prominent logo placement, an individual spotlight, recognition each conference day and on slides, plus a choice of an available session, break or activity sponsorship.
Diamond / Presenting: Presenting sponsor recognition, top-tier logo placement, featured posts before and during the conference, repeated stage recognition, prominent slides and signage, plus first choice of available event sponsorship.
Optional paid sponsorship add-ons
Select any available add-ons during registration. Their prices are added to your package price and recorded with your order and confirmation. No separate contact is needed to select an add-on.

Exclusive opportunities are limited to one booking each and display as reserved or sold out when unavailable. Coffee-break co-sponsorships are shared. Paid add-ons are additional to your package and do not add tables or attendee registrations. Any sponsorship already included in a package remains an included benefit.
List additional attendee names only when your package includes them. Tables and registrations do not stack. Qualifying sponsorship commitments may count toward a higher recognition tier with SCBA approval; vendor fees are tracked separately. Sponsorship does not include commercial speaking time; educational presentations require program approval.
Additional table — $150: One extra 6-foot table, subject to available space. Please contact SCBA to arrange an additional table.
